What to Expect



Initial Examination

A thorough physical evaluation which begins with taking a history followed by evaluating strength, range of motion, joint mobility ad other physical components.

Treatment

Treatment may include specific exercises, strengthening, joint and soft tissue mobilization along with modalities that help with pain and tissue healing.

Home Program

Your home program may include exercises for range of motion, strengthening and stretching. In addition, proper body mechanics will be emphasized related to work and home activities in the Denver area.
